We accept returns on most new, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
A proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
The return request must be submitted within the return window (30 days from the date of delivery).
Please note that due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as used or washed blankets, bedding, or personalized/customized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@plenixo.store with the following details:
Your full name and order number
Reason for return
Photo(s) of the item (if damaged or defective)
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions for shipping the product back to us.
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping cost unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For approved damaged or incorrect items, Plenixo will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your returned item reaches us safely.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
If your item is returned after the 30-day period or does not meet our eligibility conditions, we may reject the return or offer a store credit instead of a refund.
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different design or color), please contact our support team. Once we confirm availability, we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
Exchanges are only available for products of the same or equal value.
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
A clear photo or video showing the damage/defect
Your order number
We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective upon arrival:
Used or washed blankets
Personalized or custom-made products
Clearance or final-sale items
Gift cards
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated timeframe:
Check your bank or payment account again.
Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time for refunds to post).
